By accessing or using 10minutewebsite.company (the "Service"), and in particular by completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

10MinuteWebsite is an AI-assisted website generation service. You provide information about your business through a conversational interface; the Service generates a complete, styled website in HTML format available for immediate download or optional hosted deployment.

3. Payment & No-Refund Policy

The Service is offered on the following pricing basis:

• $25.00 USD — One-time payment for HTML + ZIP download (lifetime access to your download link)
• $99.00 USD/month — Basic Hosting subscription
• $129.99 USD/month — Database + Hosting subscription
• $169.99 USD/month — Full Service subscription

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final. No refunds are provided once the website has been generated and made available for download. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. By completing payment you acknowledge this policy.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the information you provide and of the website files generated for you. By using the Service you grant 10MinuteWebsite a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your website. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for any purpose other than operating the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate websites containing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content, to attempt to circumvent payment, or to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from publishing your generated website. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated content before publishing it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, 10MinuteWebsite's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
